So many fun soaps keep pouring out of the Crafter’s kitchen! In fact she thinks there will have to be storage shelves put up in the dining room now, as there isn’t anywhere else in the house left to stack stuff! But oh it does smell scrumptious.
Check out this decadent loaf….
It is filled with chai and ginger, but smells like a spice cake (no name for it yet). Positively delish (the Crafter had to move it to the basement to cure, ’cause the smell was causing her to rummage through the cupboards in search of comfort foods)! This one will be available in January (starting with the soap-of-the-month gang)!
She is also tickled with this little number: Manitoba Gumbo.
So named ’cause it is made with Half-Pints Brewing Company beer, fine silica sand from Grand Beach, and the smell is reminiscent of citronella (in a good way). You will understand this combo if you have ever been to Manitoba (or will admit to knowing someone from Manitoba). This was truly fun to come up with.
Yikes, it’s almost December. One more craft sale, 8 projects and 20-some-odd days of shopping left! …Where did those $#%!!@ elves get to…?
